hey there ed, been readin the hikes
on your web site and have enjoyed them thoroughly. been wantin to come hike
with you, but just haven't been able to work it out with my schedule.
was in columbia, mo few weeks ago for one of my grandsons allstar baseball
games. he made the allstar team again for the the third and final yr.
they won the districts and went to columbia, mo for the regiionals.
won the first and lost the next two, but by closer than normal scores. tough
loss, but they were both close games. 2-1, and 7-5. had school all
week this week in osage beach, mo at lake of the ozarks. man am i
tired.
ed, could you do me a great favor
in your spare time. could you please thank everyone who sends in their hikes
for posting. i thoroughly miss the great smokies and look forward to
reading the hikes these people take. i try and put myself in their
place while i'm reading the stories. it gives a great sense of peace.
also could you please pass on to
regina forehand for her wonderful hike with her dad. i thoroughly
enjoyed her story, especially the pix with her dad. i lost my dad more than
30 yrs ago to cancer and still miss him very much. readin her stories
brought back a lot a great memories bout my dad. tell thanx
so much, and to continue enjoying her dads company.
